The Physical Planning, Finance, and Building Committee

The Physical Planning, Finance, and Building Committee Meeting plays a pivotal role in ensuring effective management of the board’s physical infrastructure and financial resources. Comprised of six trustees along with senior administration staff, the committee oversees the planning, development, and maintenance of the board’s physical facilities, including buildings, infrastructure, and land use. It also monitors the financial aspects of the board, including budgeting, financial reporting, investment strategies, and resource allocation. By conducting regular meetings, the committee reviews proposals, assesses project feasibility, addresses financial matters, and provides recommendations for decision-making, contributing to the efficient utilization of resources and the realization of the board’s goals and objectives.

All Physical Planning, Finance, and Building Committee Meetings are open to the public. Members of the public have opportunities to attend Committee Meetings as a delegation.
